We are so excited to start cleaning your vacation rentals and helping you get better reviews to get more bookings. Please follow this simple step-by-step manual to get you in our system. 

Step 1- Create an Account

Click on the Sign In 

Type in your phone number. To get security code.

Fill out your personal or company info.

Step 2- Booking A Cleaning

Select your unit. (Make sure you select the right unit number)

Select a date & time. (Time doesn't matter, this platform is to book the date of departure)

 In the appointment notes is where you input if the unit is a Back2Back or when the next check in date.


Final Step: Click Book Appointment

(Most Important Part)

Now that you have booked your cleaning you will get notified 24 hours before the cleaning to make sure we are good to go. If you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to call, text, or email us.

Here's some tips on how to what should be done before we get started to clean your units.

1) Please remove all linens thats inside your unit. We don't want the guest using them and getting mixed up with ours.

2) Please have one extra comforter for each bed. This will help by us taking the dirty one to wash and replacing the comforter with the extra one you have provided. Comforter wash takes about a 48 hour turn around.

3) Please remove all food items inside the kitchen. We will discard all food items because it is standard in vacation rental industry.
